RETURNS & REFUNDS

MADE-TO-ORDER & SALE ITEMS

All ṢHÒMÁDÉ pieces are made to order and produced with intention. As such, custom and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where an error or fault has occurred. Items purchased during promotions or sales are also final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed defective.

WHEN RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

We will gladly review return requests under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item (e.g. wrong size or design)
  • Your item arrives with a production fault (e.g. visible defect, tear, or stain)

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Variations in print placement are part of our design process and are not considered defects
  • Items that have been damaged due to improper handling or care will not be accepted. Please refer to our care guide for proper garment maintenance

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us hello@shomade.ng within 7 working days of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the concern

Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you on the next steps, which may include a remake, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

  • Approved items must be returned within 7 working days of confirmation
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags intact
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from our end.

REFUNDS

Refunds are offered only in limited cases where a resolution such as a remake or exchange is not suitable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5—7 working days

Items returned outside the stated timeframe may not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

EXCHANGES

We understand that changes happen.

  • Requests to modify or exchange an order must be made within 48—72 hours of placing it, for items of equal value
  • Approved changes will restart your production timeline from the date of confirmation

LIABILITY

ṢHÒMÁDÉ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • All remakes, exchanges, or refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected
