GENERAL

At ṢHÒMÁDÉ, we partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Kindly ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout. As each piece is made to order and processed promptly, we're unable to make changes once production has begun or an order has been dispatched.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

All orders are first produced within our standard 5—7 working day timeline before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Lagos: 1—2 working days
  • Outside Lagos: 2—4 working days

Please note that delivery timelines begin after dispatch and may vary slightly depending on location and external logistics factors.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For all orders outside Lagos, a tracking number will be shared via email once your package has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist promptly.

If we do not hear from you within 14 working days, we will assume your order has been received in good condition.

SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Product prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

ṢHÒMÁDÉ is not liable for delays, additional charges, or processing times caused by customs or third-party delivery services.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

As each piece is carefully packaged and handled, we aim to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. However, once dispatched, delivery is managed by our logistics partners.
